Yes! When you order a new mattress from Hush Home and enter the CNY special coupon code at checkout, you can enjoy free mattress removal. After your mattress has been removed from your home, our team will confirm the mattress is in clean, donatable condition, then transfer it to our NGO partner, Crossroads Foundation. Crossroads Foundation will work with HKCSS to ensure that the mattress will be donated to a local family that is in need this winter.

For all mattress orders, we offer Free In-Home Setup as early as the next working day, Monday to Saturday. You may schedule your preferred delivery date during checkout and our delivery team will call you to schedule the delivery time the day before delivery.
During Free In-Home Setup, 2 professional movers from our white-glove delivery service will hand-deliver your mattress, set it up on your bed, remove any packaging, and remove your existing mattress, which will be then delivered to Crossroads for free, ready for donation.

All mattress orders with the CNY coupon code applied are eligible for free mattress removal and donation. You may schedule your preferred delivery date during checkout (in January or after). However, if you want to ensure your once-loved mattress goes to a local family who needs it urgently this winter, we suggest you schedule the delivery date before Feb 12.

Yes! All Hush Home items paid with the CNY coupon codes are covered by the world-class HushCare Warranty and you can also enjoy a Home Trial on Hush Home mattress, mattress toppers, pillows, duvets, blankets and protectors, a processing fee will apply. For more details, please read our “Home Trial” and “Returns” sections in FAQ.
During the campaign period, if you are not fully satisfied with your new mattress and would like to return during the 100-Night Trial, a processing fee of $350 will apply to the returned mattress and another mattress removal fee of $350 will apply to the donated mattress.
