How do I choose my starting setup?

Your Hush Duo Mattress™ arrives in the Medium-Firm configuration, with the Support Insert placed over the Comfort Insert on each side. This is the best starting point for most sleepers because it offers a balanced mix of pressure relief and support. From there, you can unzip the mattress and rearrange the inserts on either side if you want a softer or firmer feel.

Can I change firmness after delivery?

Yes. The Hush Duo Mattress™ is designed so you can adjust the firmness at home. Simply unzip the outer cover, lift out the Comfort and Support Inserts, rearrange them into your preferred configuration, and zip the mattress closed again. You do not need tools, a technician, or a new mattress.

What is included in the 365 night guarantee?

The 365-Night Comfort Guarantee gives you one full year to find the right firmness. If your mattress feels too soft or too firm, Hush Home can provide up to two additional Comfort or Support Inserts free of charge. You keep your original inserts and can mix and match them to create the firmness that suits you best. No mattress return is required.

How is the 365 night guarantee different from the 100-night trial?

A typical 100-night mattress trial is return-based: if the mattress is not right for you, you return it. The Hush Duo Mattress™ instead comes with a 365-Night Comfort Guarantee focused on firmness adjustment. Rather than returning the whole mattress, you can receive additional inserts and adjust the feel at home. The Hush Duo Mattress™ does not include the standard 100-night mattress-return trial.

Does the 365 night guarantee include a full mattress return?

No. The Hush Duo Mattress™ 365-Night Comfort Guarantee is a comfort-adjustment guarantee rather than a full mattress-return trial. During the first 365 nights, you can receive up to two additional Comfort or Support Inserts free of charge to help you fine-tune your firmness.

Can I buy replacement inserts after the first year?

Yes. Replacement Comfort and Support Inserts are available throughout the life of your Hush Duo Mattress™. You can also use the one-time Your First Renewal program at preferred pricing within five years of purchase.

What is “Your First Renewal”?

Your First Renewal is a one-time preferred-pricing program available within five years of purchasing your Hush Duo Mattress™. You can replace only the inserts you need, or renew all four inserts for 15% of the mattress’s current list price. Replacing fewer inserts costs less.

How much does the “Your First Renewal” program cost?

A full renewal of all four Hush Duo Mattress™ inserts costs 15% of the mattress’s current list price. Based on the published examples, that is HK$1,785 for Full Long at a HK$11,900 list price, HK$2,175 for Queen at HK$14,500, HK$2,220 for Queen Long at HK$14,800, and HK$2,670 for King at HK$17,800. An individual insert is 3.75% of the mattress list price.

Will there be a gap between the two sides?

No. The Hush Duo Mattress™ has two independent internal comfort zones, but both sides sit inside one continuous outer cover. This gives each sleeper personalised firmness while keeping one clean, complete mattress surface without a split down the middle.

Will the delivery team change or adjust the internal inserts for me?

No. For hygiene and delivery-schedule reasons, the delivery team does not rearrange the internal inserts. Your Hush Duo Mattress™ arrives in its Medium-Firm starting configuration, and you can customise either side yourself at home.

Can I order custom mattress sizes for the Hush Duo Mattress™?

No. The Hush Duo Mattress™ is available in standard published sizes only. Custom or bespoke dimensions are not offered because the split-zone modular system relies on precisely sized and aligned internal inserts.
