What kind of pillow in Hong Kong is best for back sleepers?

The best pillow in Hong Kong for back sleepers should be thinner than a pillow for side sleepers. We designed 2 different sizes of our Loft Pillow so that you may find the perfect pillow for your sleep position and body type. The Loft Pillow uses the same hypoallergenic microfiber filling that’s found in hotel pillows which gives you the perfect “snugness” for sleepers who prefer soft and fluffy pillows.
What is the right type of pillow filling?

Two popular types of pillow filling are down alternative microfiber and memory foam.

We use both types of pillow materials in our different pillows. Everyone sleeps differently so you should choose a pillow that is best for your body and sleep position. The best way to know what is the best pillow material for you is to sleep on it! Try out our pillows at our Quarry Bay Showroom or try them in your own home with the 100-Night Trial today.
How do I choose a pillow for neck pain?

Although many people with neck pain have reported a reduction in pain when using the Loft Pillow, every medical condition is unique in nature. Generally, a sleeper with neck pain should choose a pillow that offers perfect spinal alignment.

We recommend you speak with a doctor or medical professional about any specific medical problems.
What is the down-like microfiber you use in your pillows?

We're very proud of our down-like microfiber, which mimics natural down. Whereas natural down uses natural fibers from geese or duck (we use white goose down for our down products), our microfiber uses high-grade synthetic fibers that have been shaved to mimic the texture of down. We use millions of microfibers in our pillows. Each microfiber measures less than 1 dernier in diameter (or 10 micrometers, which is 1/5 the diameter of a typical strand of your hair) to give it that airy weight, downy feel, and soft, silky texture.

Aside from being slightly more affordable than a natural down, our hypoallergnic microfiber is preferred by people with allergies or those who prefer not to purchase products made from animals.
How does the 30-Night Trial work for my pillows?

Your Home Trial begins on your delivery date. If you’re not fully satisfied with your pillow, we ask that you bring the item into our Sheung Wan showroom so that we may donate the item on your behalf.

Your original form of payment will be refunded minus any applicable processing fees.
