1. Eligibility & Scope
- The 3-Mattress Family Promo applies only to the purchase of 3 or more mattresses in a single order directly from the Hush Home website or a Hush Home retail store.
- The extra 5% discount is calculated based on the net price of each mattress purchased in a single order after other sitewide discounts or promotions have been applied.
- The 3-Mattress Family Promodoes not apply to products that are not mattresses.
- To qualify for this promotion, all mattresses must be delivered to a single address in Hong Kong at the same time.
- This offer may be combined with "Final Sale" or "Clearance" items.
2. Returns & The 100-Night Trial
- All eligible mattresses purchased under this offer are eligible for our 100-Night Home Trial (subject to a minimum 30-day trial period).
- If the return of a mattress under the Home Trial results in the order containing less than 3 mattresses, then the total order discount of the 3-Mattress Family Promo will be considered voided. A refund of the returned mattress will therefore be processed based on the following calculation: (the actual price paid for the refunded mattress) minus (the total order discount of the 3-Mattress Family Promo for all mattresses in original order) minus (applicable fees).
- Standard return conditions apply: mattresses must be in good condition, and each household is limited to one return per product line.
3. General Terms
- All other standard Hush Home Terms of Service and HushCare Warranty conditions apply.
- Hush Home reserves the right to cancel orders or void discounts if we reasonably believe the promotion is being used in bad faith.
