• How do the 4 firmness levels work?

  Each side of the Hush Duo Mattress™ includes two interchangeable inserts: a Comfort Insert and a Support Insert.
  
  By changing the stacking order, you can create four different firmness profiles:
  
  Soft: Comfort Insert + Comfort Insert
  Medium-Soft: Comfort Insert over Support Insert
  Medium-Firm: Support Insert over Comfort Insert
  Firm: Support Insert + Support Insert
  
  This lets each sleeper choose the firmness that feels best for their body.

• How do I choose my starting setup?

  The Hush Duo Mattress™ arrives in our most popular Medium-Firm setup: Support Insert over comfort insert.
  
  This is the best starting point for most sleepers because it gives you a balanced mix of pressure relief and firmer support. After sleeping on it at home, you can unzip the cover and rearrange the inserts if you want a softer or firmer feel.

• Can I change firmness after delivery?

  Yes. The Hush Duo is designed to be adjusted at home.
  
  Simply unzip the mattress cover, lift out the internal inserts, rearrange them into your preferred order, and zip the cover back up. You do not need tools, a technician, or a new mattress.

• What is included in the 365 night guarantee?

  The 365 night guarantee gives you one full year to find the right firmness.
  
  If either side feels too soft or too firm within 365 nights, we will send you up to two additional internal inserts for free. You can keep your original inserts, mix and match your layers, and create the firmness combination that works best for you.
  
  No insert returns are required.

• How is the 365 night guarantee different from the 100-night trial?

  A 100-night trial is usually based on returning the mattress if it is not right for you.
  
  The Hush Duo 365-Night Comfort Guarantee is different. It is designed around firmness adjustment, not full mattress returns. Instead of returning the entire mattress, you receive extra inserts so you can adjust the comfort at home.

• Does the 365 night guarantee include a full mattress return?

  No, it does not include a full mattress return.
  
  It is a comfort adjustment guarantee. If your firmness is not quite right within 365 nights, we will send you up to two additional internal inserts for free so you can adjust the feel of your mattress at home.

• Can I buy replacement inserts after the first year?

  Yes. Replacement inserts remain available throughout the life of your Hush Duo Mattress™, allowing you to refresh your comfort or change your firmness without replacing the entire bed.
  
  Your first renewal also receives preferred pricing when completed within 5 years of purchase.

• What is “Your First Renewal”?

  Your First Renewal is a one-time preferred-pricing programme available within 5 years of purchasing your Hush Duo Mattress™.
  
  You can replace only the inserts you need, or renew all four internal inserts for just 15% of your mattress’s list price. Replacing fewer than four inserts costs less.

• How much does the “Your First Renewal” program cost?

  A complete renewal of all four internal inserts costs 15% of your mattress’s list price:
  
  Full Long: $1,785 (list price: $11,900)
  Queen: $2,175 (list price: $14,500)
  Queen Long: $2,220 (list price: $14,800)
  King: $2,670 (list price: $17,800)
  
  You can also replace only the inserts you need, with each individual insert priced at 3.75% of your mattress’s list price.

• Will there be a gap between the two sides?

  No. The internal comfort core is split into two independent zones, but the mattress is finished with one continuous outer cover. This gives you personalised firmness on each side while maintaining the clean look and feel of one complete mattress.

• Will the delivery team change or adjust the internal inserts for me?

  No. To maintain hygiene and delivery schedules, our delivery team is not authorised to unzip, handle, or configure the internal inserts for you.
  
  The mattress arrives in our recommended Medium-Firm setup, which you can easily customise yourself in minutes.

• Can I order custom mattress sizes for the Hush Duo Mattress™?

  No. To maintain the structural integrity and precision alignment of the internal split-zone modular system, the Hush Duo Mattress™ is available exclusively in our standard sizes. We do not offer bespoke or custom dimensional cuts for the Hush Duo Mattress.
