Where Will Your Donated Item Go?
Your donated item will be sent to Crossroads Foundation, ImpactHK and other charities in Hong Kong. These charities will identify a family in need and donate your pillow accordingly.
Terms and Conditions of the Donate & Upgrade Program
Only Hush Home pillows and mattresses are eligible to be donated via the Donate & Upgrade Program at this time. (If you are interested in donating and upgrading your Hush Home mattress, please contact our sleep consultants.)
A 25% discount (“the offer”) will be applied to a new item in the same product line of your donated item (ie, a pillow or a mattress). The new item must be purchased directly from Hush Home and not a partner retailer or distributer.
The offer is valid for one new item per donated item. For instance, if you donate 2 Hush Home pillows, you will earn 25% off 2 new Hush Home pillows.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
Once Hush Home confirms with the customer it has received the donated item in the Hush Home showroom, the offer will be valid for 60 days.
The donated item may be returned in person or shipped to the Hush Home showroom by courier. The shipping fee of the donated item (if the donated item is being shipped for the return) will be paid by the customer.
The Home Trial is not applicable to products purchased via the Donate & Upgrade Program.
The HushCare Warranty is applicable to products purchased via the Donate & Upgrade Program.
