In Hong Kong, a standard Queen mattress measures 5'0" x 6'3", which converts exactly to 60" x 75" or 152 cm x 190 cm. If you need extra legroom or have a longer bed frame, we also offer a Queen Long variant measuring 5'0" x 6'6" (152 cm x 198 cm).
If your room layout allows for it, absolutely. A standard Double bed (4.5ft / 137 cm wide) allocates very little sleeping width per adult. Upgrading to a 5ft Queen mattress (152 cm wide) grants an extra 15 cm of total width. If you buy imported US sheets, you will experience loose, bunching fabric at the foot of your bed.
