Proof of Travel: To claim the rebate, customers must present a valid, same-day paper receipt or a digital ride history (Uber/HK Taxi App) showing a trip ending at the Sheung Wan showroom.
In-Store Only: This promotion is applicable only to purchases made in-person at the Sheung Wan Flagship store and does not apply to standalone online orders.
Single Transaction: The rebate is calculated based on a single net transaction. Spend thresholds are as follows:
Delivery Destination: To qualify for the rebate, the delivery address for the order must be located within Kowloon or the New Territories.
Exclusions: This offer may not be combined with "Final Sale" or "Clearance" items. The rebate is calculated based on the net price after all other sitewide discounts or promotions have been applied.
If a customer returns a product (under the 100-Night Home Trial or otherwise) and the remaining total value of the order falls below the original qualifying threshold ($8,000 or $10,000), the taxi rebate will be considered void.
Refund Calculation: Any refund processed will be calculated as: (Price paid for the returned item) minus (The value of the taxi rebate already issued).
Example: If you spent $10,000 and received a $300 rebate, then return an $8,000 mattress, your refund will be $7,700 ($8,000 - $300).
Standard return conditions apply: products must be in good condition, and the rebate is limited to one redemption per household.
All other standard Hush Home Terms of Service and HushCare Warranty conditions apply.
The rebate is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Hush Home reserves the right to cancel orders or void discounts if we reasonably believe the promotion is being used in bad faith or fraudulent receipts are presented.
